WELCOME TO SOUTH AFRICA

 It is  my  travel   blog
will find some wonderful places in South Africa

South Africa is a vast and beautiful country with contrasting landscapes, an incredible culinary scene, world-class beaches and some of the most fascinating wildlife in the world. It boasts cosmopolitan cities and expanses of untamed wilderness, as well as adventure, relaxation and plenty of sunshine. In short, South Africa has everything you could possibly want from a holiday destination. Here are some of the best experiences in South Africa, which will offer you an authentic flavour of this increasingly popular country.

BLOEMFONTEIN

Bloemfontein City of Roses

When you’re in the Free State, or on the road from Cape Town to Joburg, you absolutely have to make a stop in Bloemfontein. With awesome museums, a great zoo, a casino, amazing architecture and a city completely encircled by a nature reserve, it’s a fantastic South African city experience.
It’s unique in that it is the size and heft of a large African city, yet has the feel of a small country town, with thousands of rose bushes colouring the streets. The literal translation of Bloemfontein from Afrikaans is “fountain of flowers”, which gives the city its nickname, “The City of Roses”. Hence, the annual Rose Festival is a popular local event.

CAPE TOWN

Cape Town
Cape Town is the second most populous city in South Africa after Johannesburg.
Cape Town is one of the most attractive resort cities in the world, a wonderful oasis that combines the unique look of Africa with the best accomplishments of the Western civilization. Cape Town's hotels feature high quality amenities, and Cape Town's beaches are a heaven for divers and surfers, young people and those who are looking for a relaxed vacation. In other words, it is a travel destination for all styles, tastes and ages

KRUGER NATIONAL PARK

Kruger National Park

Home to over 500 species of birds,
100 reptiles and almost 150 mammals,
several archaeological sites and an
impressive variety of trees and flower.

Is a game reserve in the North East of South Africa where you can try to spot the big five: rhinoceros, Cape buffalo, leopard, lion and African elephant. Guided tours are available, but Kruger Park is a great place to try a self drive safari, where you can set your own pace and stay as long as you like in any location. Because the park is so huge, it’s not overcrowded which means you can spot African animals in their habitat in peace. Just don’t get too close  they are wild animals after all.

ROBBEN ISLAND

Robben Island

The Liberty Island is one of the most visited attractions in Cape Town icon freedom of the new South Africa and the end of apartheid  as was the "home" Nelson Manela for most of his 27 years of imprisonment. Therefore, to understand and feel the history of South Africa, it is absolutely necessary to visit Robben Island. It represents the change in the new South Africa, the Rainbow Nation Rainbow..

We will be happy to reservaros this interesting and educational visit.
